Rutland County, located centrally in the heart of the Green
Mountains, is well-known for its pristine beauty and its
outdoor recreational opportunities. The region is a four-seasons

U.S. Routes 7 and 4 intersect in Rutland and serve as major
arteries, connecting the regional business community with
destinations throughout the Northeast.
Rutland State Airport is the largest airport in central Vermont
and offers scheduled service through Boston's Logan airport from

and around the world.

aviation or corporate jet to large aircraft requiring a

Vermont's rail lines are essential elements in the New England
rail network, providing excellent connections to North America's
major rail systems. Amtrak recently
began passenger train service, The Green Mountain and Vermont Railways
provide economical access to interregional markets for your
year-round shipment requirements. Rail facilities include
trailer or flat cars, public delivery, and switching services.
