Rutland County Worksite Wellness Initiative (RCWWI) is an affiliation of health oriented professionals assisting organizations in their quest to create an environment which fosters sound corporate and personal health. We have been sponsored by the James T. Bowse Community Health Trust, and our community partners include Rutland Mental Health Services/Community Care Network and the Rutland Region Chamber of Commerce, among others.

Integrated Philosophy:
RCWWI strives to facilitate collaborative efforts with Human Resources, Safety, Occupational Health, EAP, and other existing worksite committees to develop, integrate, and promote prevention based programs and services.
