"The Diagnosis"
This worksite assessment is an onsite consultation with a variety of professionals focusing on the cumulative impact of employee health status on the bottom line.
Components include [but are not limited to]:

Review of medical claims, worker's compensation, turnover, and absenteeism data
Aggregate HRA
Employee Interest Surveys
Organizational Health Promotion Readiness Assessment
Appraise current and past worksite health promotion efforts

"The Treatment Plan"
Health promotion staff crafts a tailored made package to impact the needs and concerns of each worksite based on the initial worksite assessment.

Ongoing consulting [i.e., facilitation of a wellness committee, creative brainstorming, action
plan manifestation, etc.]
