Your body is the most important piece of equipment for any sport you play and golf is no exception.

On Tuesday, March 10 from 6:30-8:00pm join Matthew Gammons, MD and Tyler White, Athletic Trainer at Rutland Regional Medical Center’s Vermont Orthopaedic Clinic as they discuss golf specific training and conditioning and prevention of injuries.

The presentation is designed specifically for golfers who want to improve their overall golf performance through fitness, play with fewer injuries, and play with more consistency. Regardless of your current skill level, this educational presentation will provide information about staying healthy on and off the course and keep you in the game.

The program will be held at the Rutland Country Club on 275 Grove Street, Rutland, VT and is FREE and open to the public.
