Max Creek performs at Cooler in the Mountain Concert Series

Max Creek performs at Cooler in the Mountain Concert Series

Join us at the Roaring Brook Umbrella Bar 3:30-6:30 p.m. in the K-1 Base Area for a FREE outdoor concert with Max Creek. Grab a lawn chair, a beach blanket, the whole family and head to the K-1 Base Area for this all ages event.

If you knew Max Creek you’d answer simply, “they just did.” Creek lacks pretense; there is no hip style or genre-title that can define them. From the beginning they’ve mixed anything they liked—rock, country, reggae, soul, jazz, calypso—in with their own great songs and it’s all just come out sounding like Creek. As such they’ve never been the hot item in the flavor-of-the-year club yet they’ve also never gone out of style. Moreover, Creek exudes confidence but lacks ego; each member is an incredible musician but that’s never been what it was about.

This show is part of the FREE Cooler In The Mountains Concert Series which takes place every Saturday afternoon July 14-September 1 featuring a live show from top national and regional acts with Killington Peak rising high above the crowd generating cool mountain breezes.

Music at The Moose: Tim and Riley Fressie

Music at The Moose: Tim and Riley Fressie

Father and son Tim and Riley Fressie bring their unplugged Americana sound to the porch.

Tim’s approach to music is simple, his uncomplicated unplugged approach applies to tunes you’ve loved for years, and others you might not have heard yet. His “Kitchen Party” vibe goes well with a beverage (or a creemee) and friends. Audiences often stick around for just one more, and we hope you do too.

Super Doppler performs at Cooler in the Mountain Concert Series

Join us at the Roaring Brook Umbrella Bar 3:30-6:30 p.m. in the K-1 Base Area for a FREE outdoor concert with Super Doppler.

Grab a lawn chair, a beach blanket, the whole family and head to the K-1 Base Area for this all ages event.

All born and raised in Norfolk, VA, Super Doppler began their journey as a loose collective of high school friends with a common interest in late nights and loud music. Desperate to escape the impending reality of the 9 to 5 workday, the group decided to hit the open road and play for anyone willing to listen. No matter how dark the basement or lonely the bar, it was here in the farthest fringes of the music industry that these ragtag renegades would make their stand.

This show is part of the FREE Cooler In The Mountains Concert Series which takes place every Saturday afternoon July 14-September 1 featuring a live show from top national and regional acts with Killington Peak rising high above the crowd generating cool mountain breezes.
