Cantrip performs aka “kicks arse” at 77!

77 Gallery is honored to welcome Cantrip to its gallery space with a suggested donation of $15 at the door on April 25 at 7:00 pm.

Cantrip, which combines the drive of twin fiddles, Scottish bagpipes and guitar, is comprised of musicians Jon Bews, Eric Macdonald, and Dan Houghton. Firmly based in the Scottish tradition their repertoire branches out into Irish, Breton and various other European traditions.

When asked why someone should come to this show, Dan Houghton proclaims, “Because this band kicks arse (?)(!)” Not only will visitors get to hear the “old scots” charm the space with compelling music, but first-time gallery viewers will be treated to our newest exhibition of contemporary art, entitled: “MASS – MATTER”.

Broadway’s Next Hit Musical

Back by popular demand!

The hysterical BROADWAY’S NEXT HIT MUSICAL is the only unscripted theatrical awards show.

Master improvisers gather made up, hit song suggestions from the audience and create a spontaneous evening of music, humor, and laughter.

The audience votes for their favorite song and watches as the cast turns it into a full-blown improvised musical – complete with memorable characters, witty dialogue, and plot twists galore. BNHM has been seen recently at The Triad, Tribeca Film Festival, and at the New York Musical Theater Festival, among many others.
