Through our Public Policy Committee, Chamber & Economic Development of the Rutland Region monitors and weighs in on legislation that could impact the business community. As a service to our members and prospective developers, it is our mission to:
- Provide the opportunity to call upon experienced land-use and development professionals to provide information concerning permit processes,
- Assist in identifying the forms of information necessary to prepare land-use and development permit applications,
- Provide guidance to enable prospective applicants to identify potential problem areas and professional consultants to represent them in the permit processes.*
Do you have business questions or concerns regarding Public Policy in Rutland County? Call us at (802) 773-2747.
*It should be noted that the relationship between CEDRR and a prospective developer is educational, not professional. This does not supplant the technical consultation, nor expose CEDRR to liability.
