Business Planning & Consulting
An outside, objective view of your business is often helpful. We work closely with counselors from the Small Business Development Center and the Vermont Procurement Technical Assistance Center who can help you start or grow your business and expand through contracting with the government.
Revolving Loan Fund
We provide fixed-rate loans through our Revolving Loan Fund. The Revolving Loan Fund provides businesses with loans of between $5,000 – $250,000. As loans are repaid, they are reinvested by Chamber & Economic Development of the Rutland Region in the form of new loans to other businesses.

The Mint – Rutland’s Makerspace
At The MINT, you’ll have the tools you need to make your ideas reality. But more than that, you’ll connect with people who love making, solving problems, and learning new things. The MINT is a learning community of people who make anything and everything. The Mint has a variety of tools available from CNC Machines to 3D Printers and so much more.
The Hub CoWorks
Rutland’s newest co-working space, in the heart of historic downtown, offers hot desks (unassigned seating), private desks, and private office options throughout its 24,000 square feet (about four times the basketball court area). In addition, there are shared areas, private call and Zoom rooms, conference spaces, and a self-serve café. Membership plans include everything from half-day passes to varying monthly passes.
