Chamber & Economic Development of the Rutland Region (CEDRR) is pleased to announce the hiring of Chrispin White as our new Member Services & Events Manager.
White has recently been the regional director of Vermont Adult Learning. While there, he managed the operations of the center, developed regional partnerships with local and state agencies, and created workforce development programs for the region. Prior to his time at Vermont Adult Learning, Chrispin was the Title III Activity Director and the Director of Student Success for College of St. Joseph and the Director of the Center for Community Engagement at Castleton University. His volunteer service has included supporting several organizations such as the Poultney Booster Club, Poultney Rotary Club, and Stafford Technical Center.
At CEDRR, White will be working directly with our business community, specifically our membership, in identifying ways CEDRR can help promote their success. He will also work closely on event planning, integrating each into the mission and goals of the organization.
“The energy and skill that Chrispin is bringing to CEDRR will be invaluable as we continue to collaborate with our partners and stakeholders to make the Rutland Region a signature place to live, work, play, and grow a business”, says Lyle Jepson, executive director. “He has a passion for community growth, which is exemplified throughout his career. We are excited to welcome Chrispin to the CEDRR family.”
White lives with his family in Poultney and will be starting with CEDRR on December 1, 2021.
