Lyle is the Executive Director of CEDRR and has served in prior roles in higher education, as well as 30 years in public education. A life-long Vermonter, he is the father of four children and lives in Rutland City with his wife, Lori.

Cooper Babbitt
Operations Director

Born and raised in Rutland, Cooper returned home to join CEDRR after earning his bachelor’s degree in political science at Middlebury College and spending his early career in New York, NY.  His professional background includes work on Vermont political campaigns, sales and marketing, economic development research, and most recently as a commercial litigation paralegal. When he is not working, you can find Cooper skiing at Pico or enjoying all that Downtown Rutland and the surrounding area have to offer.

Shasta Mattino
Finance & Compliance Manager

Born and raised in Vermont, Shasta is CEDRR’s Finance & Compliance Manager. She previously worked for Westminster Cracker and has many years of experience in entrepreneurship within the local community, management, and accounting. Shasta graduated from the Community College of Vermont with an Associate Degree in Accounting and from Johnson University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. In her free time, Shasta enjoys kayaking, playing softball, and enjoying the calmness of Vermont.

Lori Pinkowski
Office Manager

Lori is CEDRR’s Office Manager. She grew up in Rutland and has held various managerial roles in the area. Previous positions have been in event planning and marketing. Having grown up in Rutland, Lori brings a wealth of knowledge of the area. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her husband and two daughters hiking, snowshoeing, and kayaking in the area.

Chrispin White
Member Services & Events Manager

Chrispin White joined CEDRR from Vermont Adult Learning (VAL) where he served as Regional Director of the Rutland Center. Prior to his time at VAL, Chrispin was the Title III Activity Director and the Director of Student Success for College of St. Joseph, and the Director of the Center for Community Engagement at Castleton University. At CEDRR, Chrispin works directly with the Rutland County business and non-profit community to identify ways CEDRR can provide additional support and assistance to promote their success. He also works closely on CEDRR events that support the Rutland County community.

Chrispin is a graduate of Castleton University, where he earned a B.S. in Business Management and Marketing. In his spare time, he likes to play tennis, ride his bike, listen to live music, and enjoys time with his family. He and his wife live in Poultney and have three sons.

Olivia Bucksbaum
Communications and Marketing Manager

Born and raised in Rutland, Olivia found her way back to her hometown after attending Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont. There, she earned her B.S. in Broadcast Media Production and went on to work for WCAX Channel 3 News as a producer and reporter. Olivia is excited to continue meeting and working with people throughout Rutland County. In her spare time, Olivia loves being outside, trying new foods and drinks, reading, and she is learning how to ski and snowboard. Olivia lives in Rutland City with her husband.

Karly Haven
Real Rutland Concierge Coordinator

Karly has worked as our Real Rutland Concierge Program Coordinator since 2022. She previously worked in Inside Sales at Ann Clark, Ltd. for many years. Karly brings her experience with interacting with diverse communities and personal warmth to the position.

She is also a lifelong Vermont resident who has lived in Rutland County for the last 18 years. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering her time to enrich the LGBTQIA+ community, going to the lake, and playing with her rescue cat.

William “Bill” Lucci
Program Director of The Hub CoWorks

Bill brings with him a diverse background of professional experiences having worked in higher education administration at both Xavier University and the University of Cincinnati for eight years. Since returning to New England, he has taught a number of business communication and leadership courses for professional programs offered through Vermont State University (Castleton and Randolph) while serving for over fifteen years as the Assistant Director for Adult Technical Education at Stafford Technical Center where he developed education and training programs for many Rutland-based employers in allied health, manufacturing, beauty care services, and commercial transportation. Lucci is the father of three children and lives in Poultney with his wife Kim.

Mose Cassaro
Director of Venture Capital of The Hub CoWorks

Mose, a seasoned founder and operator, brings over 7 years of venture capital & startup expertise to our team from New York City. He’s a Forbes 30 under 30 nominee and a technology enthusiast. Mose has made significant contributions to the startup ecosystem, with roles in startup M&A, investor relations, and startup consulting. He holds a BBA in Entrepreneurship and has completed several VC certifications from prestigious institutions including Harvard & Stanford. With a global network, Mose is committed to shaping Vermont’s startup and venture capital landscape. Beyond work, he’s a globetrotter, automobile enthusiast, and horology aficionado, driven by a passion to make an impact in this world by helping the founders and startups that will potentially shape our future.

Liam Rodgers
Marketing & Operations Manager of The Hub CoWorks

Liam moved to Vermont from Pennsylvania to attend Castleton University (now Vermont State University), where he finished earning his degree in Business Marketing. After graduating, Liam worked in various roles, from preschool paraeducator to ski gear fitter, before transitioning into marketing for a few startups remotely. He now applies his diverse experiences and marketing skills at The Hub CoWorks, while continuously working to improve his expertise. Outside of work, Liam enjoys reading, snowboarding, capturing moments through photography, and spending quality time with family, friends, and pets.
