Custom Woodworker

What You’ll Do:
Work across production, machining, and assembly departments, gaining experience in diverse areas.
Use a variety of woodworking tools and machinery to mill and assemble unique window and door parts.
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood components, install hardware, and ensure top-quality finishes.
Inspect work for quality and collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines efficiently.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

A high school diploma or equivalent.
Prior woodworking experience, with a passion for craftsmanship and creativity.
Ability to safely operate woodworking tools.
Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or CNC operation (preferred but not required).
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Physical stamina to handle materials and tools, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
