About the Role:
Community Care Network coordinates care across the spectrum of health services, with an emphasis on person-centered and family-centered treatment goals.
The Billing Director oversees the billing processes and the daily activities of staff in order to generate accurate billing while ensuring compliance with Federal, State and Third-Party Payer coding rules and regulations. Duties include maintaining a solid understanding of work flows and procedures necessary to produce the Agency’s billing, along with the selection, scheduling, reviewing and training of the billing staff. The Billing Director partners with Program Directors and the accounting team to ensure all appropriate measures have been taken to account for the Agency’s services. The Billing Director will provide regular updates to Senior Leadership regarding the financial status of billing processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field and/or equivalent in education and experience when combined
- Minimum of five years of experience in billing management, including Private Insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing.
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience required.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. (English Language).

- Monday through Friday
