**Job Summary:** The Human Resource Generalist will play a key role in talent acquisition by coordinating and conducting recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and attending job fairs. This position involves working closely with management to implement HR initiatives and requires handling various HR functions such as onboarding, employee relations, training, and compliance with company policies.
