Rutland City Mayoral Forum on Economic Development Set for March 1st
Rutland City mayoral candidates will gather at College of St. Joseph’s Tuttle Hall Theater to discuss their ideas about economic development at 7 p.m. March 1, 2017.
The City’s four candidates – Incumbent Mayor Christopher Louras, City Alderman David Allaire, Michael Coppinger and Kam Johnston – will participate in the debate.
Dr. Rich Clark will moderate. He is founding director of the Castleton Polling Institute and Associate Professor of Political Science at Castleton University. The event is free and open to the public. PEGTV will broadcast the forum on Channel 21.
Rutland Region Chamber of Commerce, Rutland Economic Development Corporation, College of St. Joseph, Castleton University, and Rutland Young Professionals are sponsoring the event.
