A Community Celebration of Children & Families

during Autism Awareness Month

and the Celebration of the Young Child

Saturday April 27th from 10-1 @ VAC

88 Park Street, Rutland

*drawstring backpack filled with goodies including a free family of 4 swim pass to the first 100 families

Join us for kids games and activities, music, sensory room play, free pizza,   Sheldon Academy  crafts and seed planting,  fruit smoothies, Therapy dogs, popcorn, face painting, kinetic sand play, tile hand printing sale (cash or check only for tile sale), free swimming in the Mitchell Therapy Pool (adults must stay in pool area with children—children 3 and under must be accompanied by an adult in the water-swim diaper required unless toilet trained) raffles, 50/50 tickets, and so much more!!

The Vermont Achievement Center, Inc., a 501 (c) 3 charitable organization has been serving the needs of children and families throughout the Rutland region and Vermont since 1937. VAC continues to offer innovative and responsive programs in special education, early education and child care, family social services and intervention, as well as water safety and aqua therapy. The programs provided by VAC touch the lives of more than 7,000 children and families throughout our region each year.

VAC’s Community Celebration of Children & Families

Saturday, April 25th between 10 am and 2pm

Vermont Achievement Center on 88 Park Street in Rutland will host a spring open house and grand re-opening of the Mitchell Therapy Pool.

Bring the family and come to  enjoy a pool party, barbeque, bouncy house, demonstrations by VINS, music, activities and games for children, informational workshops for families and so much more.

Free, open to the public.
