We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing warranty claims and ensuring that all processes are followed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warranty policies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. Responsibilities -Review all warranty work orders -Process & submit all claims to the manufacturer on a timely basis -Facilitate the return of all warranty parts to the manufacturer as needed -Follow up with all denied or unpaid claims -Coordinate with manufacturers to obtain all approvals or authorizations -Order and track all special-order warranty parts -Ensure that all warranty procedures and policies are being followed by internal & external employees -Determine what may or may not be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. -Assist the service department with any clerical needs determined to be necessary by the Service Manager Experience -Previous experience in a warranty administration or similar role is preferred. -Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. -Proficient in using computer software for data entry and record management. -Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. -Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. -Familiarity with automotive or product warranty processes is a plus but not required.
