An outside, objective view of your business is often helpful. We work closely with counselors from the Small Business Development Center and the Vermont Procurement Technical Assistance Center who can help you start or grow your business and expand through contracting with the government.
We provide fixed-rate loans through our Revolving Loan Fund. The Revolving Loan Fund provides businesses with loans of between $5,000 – $250,000. As loans are repaid, they are reinvested by Chamber & Economic Development of the Rutland Region in the form of new loans to other businesses.

Rutland’s newest co-working space is located in the heart of historic downtown and offers several seating options, including hot desks (unassigned seating), private desks, and private offices. The co-working space spans 24,000 square feet (approximately four times the size of a basketball court), features shared areas, private call and Zoom rooms, conference spaces, and a self-serve café. Membership plans range from half-day passes to varying monthly passes, providing flexibility for users.

Community Care Network is a consortium of programs providing behavioral health, developmental disabilities, volunteer, and early childhood education services to the greater Rutland Region in Southern Vermont.
