
The Service Technician II / III is an individual who is accomplished with HVAC troubleshooting, has acquired industry certifications and who can be deployed to HVAC service calls irrespective of the HVAC system need. The technician is expected to bring industry knowledge to bear and to use all avenues of internal support and research where solutions are not immediately clear. The Service Technician II/III is a key member of Vermont Mechanical’s demand service team and is expected to operate with integrity and attention to detail. The technician will be the client’s trusted adviser and will present themselves as professionals operating in VMI and the client’s best interests. The Service Technician II/III is an approachable industry professional to both internal and external stakeholders. The technician shall provide coaching to the Service Technician I role as needed.
