Finance Committee
The Finance Committee is the decision-making body for our loan fund. The Committee approves action items that impact the organization financially. Our Treasurers chair the Committee and provide guidance and oversight to staff in the preparation of our financial statements.

Regional Marketing Committee
The Marketing Committee is responsible for devising and overseeing the organization’s marketing plan as well as the “Real Rutland” regional marketing campaign.

Business Development Committee
The Business Development Committee focuses on real estate, entrepreneurship, and other business growth and development initiatives. The Committee manages the organization’s current real estate holdings such as the Quality Lane building. Additionally, it evaluates potential acquisitions to help grow the business community and provides basic guidance to developers. This Committee also looks for innovative ways to support and develop the entrepreneurs in the region.

Policy Committee
The Policy Committee monitors and weighs in on legislation that could impact the business community.

Events Committee
The Events Committee helps develop, plan, and execute the organization’s signature events, including Winter in August, Real Rutland Feud, the Rutland Business Show, and more.

Real Estate Committee
The Real Estate Committee manages REDC’s current real estate holdings such as the Quality Lane building. It also evaluates potential acquisitions to help grow the business community and provides basic guidance to developers.

Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee
The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee manages the development of the DEI Strategic Plan. This plan will include education, projects, and activities to address bias, racism, and discrimination as well as increase diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the CEDRR organization and the entire Rutland Region.
