Casella Waste Systems and Stafford Technical Center have teamed up to offer a CDL program for high school students. The partnership will train Class B drivers through the Stafford Technical Center as a result of a $50,000 donation from Casella. Casella will be allowing the students to train using their equipment. The partnership will be based out of the new Stafford Driving School in West Rutland.
