HR Lunch & Learn
Human Resources Lunch & Learn is a great way for HR professionals to connect. The goals for the “HR Lunch and Learn” are to create community, collaboration and learning amongst the HR community and to learn about the many resources available to the HR profession locally and beyond.
“Human Resources Lunch and Learn”
The “HR Lunch and Learn” will be held the 1st Thursday of the month at the Rutland Region Chamber of Commerce conference room from 12 noon – 1pm. (Jan 5 | Feb 2 | Mar 2 | Apr 6 | May 4)
*Group will meet for 1 hour.
*Lunch & Learn Program will begin with a brief introduction:
Local resources, Goals of program and Review of Lunch and Learn format.
(3 minutes)
*Participants surveyed to identify issues and hot topics from the group.
(5 minutes)
*Facilitator will provide the feedback from the survey (7 minutes) along with reviewing new issues and current hot topics in HR not brought up.
*Facilitator will lead group in a discussion of the issues and
hot topics identified.
(40 minutes)
*Review and summary
(5 minutes)

Suzanne Ellis of Ellis HR is a seasoned HR professional offering HR services and will be facilitating these sessions. She holds a B.S in Management and M.S. in Human Resources Management. Suzanne is a life-long learner and her work passion is everything HR! She has experience in corporate training and as an adjunct college instructor teaching business and management courses.
