Downtown Rutland ‘Parade of Heroes’ & ‘Whoopie Pie Festival’
A street party, concert, fireworks, and Rutland’s “Newly”wed Game will highlight the region’s first annual Whoopie Pie Festival and parade of essential-worker heroes Aug. 27.
