Open Studio Weekend is an annual statewide celebration of the visual arts when Vermont artists and craftspeople invite the public to visit their studios during Memorial Day Weekend.

Chamber Golf Classic

Save the Date….You won’t want to miss this!

Imagine a beautiful day on the golf course at Rutland Country Club, you and 4 clients, key employees or friends enjoying the Spring breeze, a refreshing beverage and a fun round of golf.  Does that sound good?  Then sign up for the Chamber’s 32nd Annual Golf Classic scheduled for Friday, May 19, 2017 (1pm) at Rutland Country Club in Rutland.

The tournament format is Captain and Crew with teams of five players.  Each member of your team will be treated to a great goodie bag, 18 holes of golf, an awards barbecue and a chance to win some great prizes, including a 2017 Honda CR-V from Shearer Honda for a designated Hole In One….not only that, they will enjoy an afternoon of laughs, comradery and networking.

The cost is only $500 per team of 5 players ($450 if reserved by March 15th and paid by May 1st).

Vermont Governor Phil Scott will be the featured speaker at the RutlOMYA logoand Region Chamber of Commerce and Rutland Economic Development Corporation Legislative Luncheon sponsored by Omya & TD Bank on Monday, January 30th, 12 noon at Southside Steakhouse, (170 South Main St., Rutland).

The luncheon is open to the public. The cost of the event is only $20 per person and includes a delicious luncheon buffet.
